Parking lot sweeping, mechanical street sweeping, line striping, asphalt and concrete repair, pressure washing, day porter service, commercial painting, epoxy floor coating, handyman repairs, mobile surveillance trailers, and full property maintenance programs.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. We walk the property, recommend a scope honestly, and send written pricing at no charge. There is no obligation attached to a quote.
Do I have to sign a contract, or can I order a single service?
You can order a single service. Maintenance programs put recurring work on one schedule, but single projects are welcome, and a written quote comes first either way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fitzwater Commercial Services is licensed, insured, and bonded. We are members of the North American Power Sweeping Association and a Sherwin-Williams Pro certified painting contractor, and certificates of insurance are available on request.
Can one company cover several properties?

When is the office open?
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Service crews run outside those hours too, including overnight sweeping routes.
